is it monday already?

Lately, the hours and days feel like one big blurry blob in my head. I'm glad that I will have lots of photos of madeline's newborn days. What I do need to work on is taking the time to journal and make note of the every day things - things that I don't think I will forget, things that so ingrained in our everyday routine it doesn't occur to me to make a note of it. I need help in this department!! LOTS of help. My problem is, I don't know what everyday details will be forgotten. What do you guys do? Anyone out there journal on a daily basis?

Speaking of photos, here's one of my all-time favorite photos of Audrey

I used a lot of new goodies here. The ink+blot overlays (see messy canvas pictured below) are new from me and will be released sometime this week and I'll be sending out a newsletter with an exclusive subscriber's coupon so be on the lookout for it!

The background paper, wordart and ribbon are part of a new kit that I'm working on (which I'm SUPER SUPER excited about!!!).

If you're digging on the lovelies that are the yellow flowers, they are in Hollie's (aka Holliewood Studios) latest kit, Queen Bee.

I don't journal, but at this age, you don't want to forget their 'sleep grins' as well as the real ones (is she smiling yet?), the cooing noises they make, the way they startle, the way they suck on their fingers, and what their baby hair looks like before it gets replaced with real hair. Also their newborn sleeping and eating habits.
